We will actively encourage you & your organisation to become involved in the International Economic Federation (IEF). This involvement will include not only participating in initiatives but also fostering lively discussions and debates about innovative approaches to redesigning the economics curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant and engaging for future learners.
The IEF is overseen by a panel composed of delegates from all Member Associations. Each Association is allowed to send one delegate to the panel, which convenes during the Yearly World Congress.
The IEF is dedicated to enhancing the visibility and impact of research conducted within its member countries by strategically integrating this knowledge into established academic networks located in core countries. We envision achieving this goal through several key initiatives:

Yearly Congress

We will organize a large-scale congress every year, bringing together researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to share insights, engage in discussions, and foster collaborative projects that leverage diverse expertise

Colloquium Discussions

We will host a series of focused one-to-one discussions that facilitate in-depth conversations among experts from various fields, allowing for the exchange of innovative ideas and best practices relevant to current research challenges.

Publication of Proceedings

The findings and outcomes from our congress and panel discussions will be meticulously compiled and published as proceedings, ensuring that valuable insights are documented and made available to a wider audience.

Working Papers Series

beyond, ultimately enriching the quality, we will establish a rigorous working papers series, featuring preliminary research findings and theoretical frameworks, which will be accessible on the IEF website. This will encourage ongoing dialogue and feedback from the academic community and the public on research outputs.
